FAQ

Do you only shoot outside?

No. Studio sessions are available all year. I shoot in an all white studio, however if you like something a little more rustic I have other studio options we can explore.

How far do you book out?

I book up to a year in advance. If you have your heart set on spring blossoms, fall leaves or first snow ... make sure you are on my radar and I will schedule your time as it gets closer. Mother nature is funny, especially in Utah. For example - make sure I know you want a "fall leaf session" so I can schedule you accordingly. Don't wait, I am terrible at saying no, but those special seasons book fast!

Do I have to order prints through you?

No, but I do offer a very reasonable printing service through your online gallery.

One of the reasons I got into photography in the first place was because I took my son to an amazing photography studio and could only afford to buy an 8x10 and a couple 5x7s. There were so many other photos I wanted, but couldn't afford them at that time.

Hence the reason why I was motivated to give my clients printing rights to their photo session. They are your photos and you should be able to view and share with family and friends! I do suggest you PRINT YOUR PHOTOS! Enjoy them and remember the moments.

What kind of gear do you use?

I shoot Nikon and I love it. I started on a Cannon Rebel film camera in the '90s. My dad bought me my first "professional camera" in 2008 and the rest is history!

People are always asking for camera suggestions and honestly I always say "the best camera is the one you have with you!" I shoot so many photos with my iPhone because that is typically the camera I have on me.

Do you shoot weddings?

I do!

(Pun intended)

I would be honored to capture photos of your special day. Keep in mind, I only do a select number of weddings a year.

Do you offer commercial and headshot photography?

Yes. I shoot all types of commercial photography and branding sessions for corporate clients, real estate professionals and sports teams.
